Head of Operations

Lead and systematise TerraSept's internal operations as we scale. You will own project delivery workflows, vendor management, team coordination, and the operational infrastructure that keeps our engineering and client teams moving efficiently.

Full-Stack Software Engineer

Build and maintain production-grade web and mobile applications across TerraSept's product suite — KilimoIQ, TotoAfya, Jibuild, and client ERP systems. You will work across the entire stack from API design to pixel-perfect UI.

Business Development Executive

Drive new client acquisition and strategic partnerships for TerraSept's enterprise services and flagship products. You will own the outbound pipeline, manage enterprise relationships, and close contracts — from first contact to signed SLA.
